Flexible Packaging

Flexible Packaging is a type of packaging made from flexible plastic materials such as BOPP, CPP, Nylon, LLDPE, PET, and PP, which can be printed and laminated with other materials including aluminum foil, metallized film, paper, and PVC.

Flexible packaging belongs to the multi-layer packaging category, as it consists of multiple layers of materials, each serving a specific function. These layers provide protection against direct light exposure, air contamination, and moisture, which can affect product taste, quality, and shelf life. Additional layers function as a printable surface to support branding and product information.

Rotogravure Printing can be applied to flexible packaging rolls with an open flat width ranging from 60 cm up to 1,100 cm, and a roll length of over 12,000 meters, depending on the material used.
